The SIB Quiz Night held on Saturday 17th October at St Leonard's Church hall, was the final Seaford in Bloom fund raising event of 2009 and together with a well supported raffle, the evening raised £430 which will go towards the 2010 floral displays in Seaford Town. 

In spite of strong TV competition from Strictly and the X Factor, this popular annual event was very well supported, and an excellent organic "Bangers & Mash" supper helped to make it a very enjoyable evening for the twelve teams  that took part.
After a nail biting final round, the winners of the Quiz with 82 points were “Nemo”, followed in second place with 75 points by “Home and Away and in third place with 70 points the "Dodgy Dahlias".
There was a consolation prize for the “Busy Bees” team.
